The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, Roll Cork Co. products and services - including this website (rollcorkco.com).
Roll Cork Co. asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our products, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.
Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, at all times, to Roll Cork Co. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers and website visitors.
The content provided by Roll Cork Co. is for general information only and should not be used for making individual decisions without consulting primary, professional services or information. Any reliance on the content on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or add to the contents of this site at any time. It is therefore your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Such modifications or additions shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Roll Cork Co. provides sustainable 100% natural cork products that are intended for self-massage use and recovery. Roll Cork Co. online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.
We make every effort to provide our customers with a product that resembles the description and images that appear online, however cannot guarantee the display, quality and colour settings of your device.
We cannot guarantee the quality of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations, or that any errors found in the products or services will be rectified.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service or Product to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Postage
Orders are shipped using SENDLE from Hobart, TAS, Australia. Orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed, Monday – Saturday (between 7am and 9pm).
An email with the tracking details will be sent once your package has been collected by the courier. If you enter the incorrect address and your package is ‘returned to sender’, you will be responsible to pay the cost of postage for your package to be resent. We do not refund customer orders with incorrect address details.
Once posted the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of our parcel carrier and not Roll Cork Co. We recommend you direct your order to an address where someone will be available to sign for it during delivery hours. If a mobile number is provided, we offer the customer the choice to provide authority to leave the parcel at the property if they are not home or if they would like this delivered to the local post office for collection. This is at your own risk we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
Domestic
We ship all our products Australia wide, offering free shipping on orders $80 AUD or more. A $10.00 flat rate will be charged for all orders between $0-79.99 AUD. For standard delivery please allow between 3-13 business days. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods and/or at the time of a promotion or sale.
INTERNATIONAL (Zone 2 – ZONE 5)
International postage is available using Australia Post (standard postage) calculated rates. Please see specific shipping rates at the checkout. Costs are calculated based on total parcel weight and destination (Zone 2: Asia Pacific, Zone 3: US and Canada, Zone 4: UK and Europe, Zone 5: Rest of World):

- 3-8kgs = $73.75-206.70 AUD
- 8-10kgs = $131.35-247.10 AUD
New Zealand (Zone 1)
- 0-1kg = $14.80-24.05 AUD
- 1-3kgs = $30.20-44.55 AUD
- 3-8kgs = $48.65-85.55 AUD
- 8-10kgs = $89.65-101.95 AUD
Please allow 6-12 business days (from dispatch) for your order to arrive. Some countries may incur delays. There may also be delays associated with customs in your local country. Roll Cork Co. will not be liable for such delays.
Please note: all instructions with the products will be in English only.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Roll Cork Co. will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with international delivery in your local country. Customers will be solely responsible for any such fees. We, therefore, ask that you please make yourself aware of them before confirming your order.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Roll Cork Co. reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, an investigation will need to be lodged with us via email hello@rollcorkco.com. It can take up to 10 business days to receive an initial update on the whereabouts of the parcel, status of the investigation and/or resolution (SLA). During this time Roll Cork Co. cannot be held responsible and cannot offer any replacement or refund (for postage only) until the parcel is located or the investigation is resolved by the parcel being delivered or deemed as 'lost'.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from Roll Cork Co. online can be returned by the customer with receipt of purchase. We must receive the goods within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items returned must be in sellable condition (unused with original tags/labels attached). Personal details will be requested for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return. Refunds and exchanges will not include the cost of postage.
In the unlikely event your product is faulty, we will honour a full refund, including postage costs. The entire order must be returned and the customer must provide proof of the return shipping costs.
All items will be returned to the original form of payment, otherwise an exchange will be issued.
PROMOTIONS
Roll Cork Co. may occasionally run promotional offers for our customers, followers and website subscribers. These may be advertised through our social media accounts or e-mail promotions. Such special offers may include, but are not necessarily limited to: special prices, discount codes, giveaways, competitions, two for one offers, or spend and save offers.
Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have specific conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion.
Some promotions may require you to share personal information with Roll Cork Co. Any information shared in this capacity will be dealt with, at all times, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to this policy for more information. Special or sale prices may only be applicable for certain periods of time.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout online at rollcorkco.com before proceeding to the payment page. No discounts will be applied retroactively. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and postage fees may apply. Online at any discount code must be entered prior to checkout to be applied.
Prizes won in promotional giveaways are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Roll Cork Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, without consequence.
There will be no rain-checks permitted on any kind of promotion.
Promotions (competitions and giveaways) promoted on our social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.
All entries are open to residents of Australia only who are aged 15 years and over and have an account on Instagram and/or Facebook, enabling them to submit an entry in accordance with the entry details specified in the promotion post.
Instructions on how to enter each competition or giveaway form part of the conditions of entry as outlined in our Promotion Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
A random comment picker tool is used to randomly select winners of giveaways. Instagram Random Comment Picker is a simple free tool to easily generate a winner of an Instagram contest or giveaway. By entering the URL of the Instagram post/s, all comments are retrieved and the system randomly chooses a winner.
Competitions or contests where the winner is judged or voted and selected for their skill (eg. the best photo or answer to a “Tell us in 25 words or less” question) is carefully selected by an Employee or Director of Roll Cork Co.
Roll Cork Co. will sometimes engage in joint marketing activities, such as giveaways and competitions, with third parties. Roll Cork Co. is not responsible for the acts or failures to act, wilfully, lawfully or otherwise, of its suppliers, or of any other third party over whom Roll Cork Co. has no control.
WHOLESALE
Roll Cork Co. is proud to make our products available for wholesale purchases.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Product or Service.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Roll Cork Co. publishes these Terms and Conditions, with the intention that they comprise the whole of the Terms of Use and Conditions that govern the relationship between Roll Cork Co. and our website customers. Our Wholesale Terms will also apply to our wholesale account holders.

The only exception to this, are provisions that are automatically applicable to the application of some of the relevant piece of the consumer, or other, legislation. These Terms and Conditions and separate agreements where we provide you Products / Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of South Australia.
