Wholesale Terms & Conditions

At Roll Cork Co. we invite health clinics, yoga / pilates studios and retail shops (and the like) to host our products. To be an approved Stockist, you must express interest and email hello@rollcorkco.com.

We require details from you including your business or trading name, email contact, ABN, address, website and/or social media account. Further information may be requested in response to your application.

Roll Cork Co. will check to your eligibility as a Stockist based on the information provided and on other criteria including, but not limited to other products and brands stocked by your company, brand profile and physical proximity to other potential or confirmed Roll Cork Co. Stockists.

After email approval, a wholesale order must be placed, meeting our minimum order quantities.  

 

WHOLESALE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our minimum order quantity is 10-items.

To place an order, simply email hello@rollcorkco.com with your request. An invoice will be generated with a payment due date of 30 days from the issue date.

Roll Cork Co. does not enforce a reorder or subscription method.

We may not always be able to provide the requested quantities of products. In such case, we will update you via email of our current stock levels of each relevant product. We will endeavour to make those items available to you, in your requested quantity as soon as we can.

Selected products may not be available for wholesale purchase. We reserve the right to exclude certain items or entire lines of products from wholesale purchase.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We kindly ask for payment of your goods up front unless other terms of payment are negotiated at the time of your application. An invoice is to be paid within 30 days by EFT or bank transfer. The invoice will reflect the total amount due, including any relevant postage and GST, and the payment due date. Your product order will be held until the invoice due date and/or payment. Once full payment has been received, your order will be dispatched to the nominated postage address.

If your invoice is not paid by the due date, we may cancel your order and make the stock available to other wholesale or retail customers. We welcome you to re-order your desired products but cannot guarantee its availability.

Repeat cases of unpaid invoices may result in the suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account with Roll Cork Co. Refer to the CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ACCOUNT section of these Terms for more information. 

  

POSTAGE & HANDLING

We offer free domestic postage on all wholesale within Australia with orders over the purchase amount of $400.00. Any orders under this amount will incur a postage and handling fee which is calculated based on the parcel weight and size. This amount will be applied to your order invoice. Additional fees also will apply to upgrade to express postage.

Domestic orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information via email. Please allow at least 3-6 days for your order to reach you (Australia).

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods and/or at the time of a promotion or sale.

 

INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE

Roll Cork Co. invites international retailers to stock our products and welcomes global inclusivity from clinics, studies and retail shops.  All locations outside of Australia are considered ‘international’.

The same application process outlined above applies to international wholesale. Approved international retailers can email an order request via email hello@rollcorkco.com. The same invoice and payment method will be applied as outlined above in TERMS OF PAYMENT.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Postage rates for international wholesale will vary depending on the total product order weight and destination. We will provide a postage quote with your invoice for your approval and payment. Please allow between 6-12 business days from payment confirmation.

Customs delays may occur in some instances.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Roll Cork Co. will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with the delivery of wholesale orders in your selected country. Wholesale customers are solely responsible for any such fees. We ask that you please make yourself aware of any possible fees before placing a wholesale order with us.

 

WHOLESALE RETURNS

We offer exchanges on products that make up your wholesale order if they are shown to be faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you believe there are faulty items or if a mistake has been made.

Roll Cork Co. will provide replacements, free of shipping charges or in some cases a refund for any faulty items.

 

PRODUCT SAFETY

Roll Cork Co. will not be held liable for any injury or consequences that may result from incorrect use of our products including non-adherence to safety guidelines.

 

SELLER AUTHORITY

Wholesale account holders are only approved for the specific details retail outlined on their initial application. If you wish to sell from a different location, registered under the same business name as your initial application, you must have this approved by the team at Roll Cork Co.

Selling from additional branches without our knowledge and/or approval will result in the suspension of cancellation of your wholesale account.

 

CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ORDERS

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, we do not accept “change of mind” or “late” cancellation for wholesale orders. In this case, refunds will not be granted.

As mentioned above in TERMS OF PAYMENT, if you have not paid your invoice within 30-days, Roll Cork Co. reserves the right to cancel your order and make the stock available to other customers.

 

CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

Roll Cork Co. reserves the right to cancel wholesaler accounts at any time for the following reasons (but not limited to):

  • the introduction of other similar products and brands stocked by your store.
  • a change in your brand dynamic or profile.
  • a move which is in closer proximity to other confirmed Roll Cork Co. wholesalers.
  • a change from bricks and mortar to online business.
  • repeated instances of unpaid invoices.
  • violation of any part of our Wholesale Terms and Conditions or any other circumstance that has occurred, which has rendered you unfit or inappropriate, to be an authorised seller of Roll Cork Co.
  • a wholesale order and/or re-order not being placed within 12 months.

Cancelled wholesale accounts will result in your store's name being removed from our website. If cancelled, you may also be required to re-apply for a wholesale account.

 

PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING

Roll Cork Co. is more than happy for wholesale account holders to use our marketing or promotional imagery throughout their own website or social media. We ask that any imagery used is in connection with the Roll Cork Co. brand and their products and services. Misuse of our intellectual property may result in the suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs and images created by Roll Cork Co. are our copyright material and remain our intellectual property at all times.

By becoming a wholesaler, we grant you a license to sell Roll Cork Co. products and use our promotional imagery in your own marketing. We, however, provide no rights to our products, designs, photographs, branding or otherwise, during the wholesale partnership.

Any attempt to use our intellectual property in a manner outside of, or inconsistent with, these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account. Further action may be taken against you for copyright violation and/or intellectual property infringement.

 

CHANGES TO WHOLESALE

Roll Cork Co. reserves the right to make changes to these wholesale Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes.

In addition, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, returns policies or any other part of our wholesale process without notice.
